SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Key Details
- Up to £600 per month
- 3 full-time, long-term SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant roles available

- Support pupils with additional needs in class, in small groups, and 1:1
- Assist with delivering interventions focused on communication, literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning materials and track progress

SEN Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Candidate Profile
- Experience working with children with SEN (in schools, care, or youth settings) is essential
- A 2:1 degree or above in Psychology, Education, or a related field is desirable
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude are essential
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners and helping them thrive
- A DBS check and references will be required prior to start
