About the Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Full-time position starting September 2025.
• Earn up to £600 per week.
• Option to progress onto salaried teacher training from September 2026 (£26,716).
• Provide in-class support across various subjects and year groups.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to help students achieve their full potential.
• Assist in lesson planning and delivery alongside experienced teachers.
• Gain practical experience in behaviour management, curriculum support, and assessment.
• Take part in extra-curricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

What We’re Looking For – Graduate Teaching Assistant

• A 2:1 or higher degree (or predicted) in any subject area.
• A strong interest in education and making a positive impact on young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
