About the Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Full-time position starting September 2025.
- Earn up to £600 per week.
- Option to progress onto salaried teacher training from September 2026 (£26,716).
- Provide in-class support across various subjects and year groups.
- Work one-to-one or with small groups to help students achieve their full potential.
- Assist in lesson planning and delivery alongside experienced teachers.
- Gain practical experience in behaviour management, curriculum support, and assessment.
- Take part in extra-curricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Teaching Assistant
- A 2:1 or higher degree (or predicted) in any subject area.
- A strong interest in education and making a positive impact on young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
