Who We’re Looking For – Graduate Trainee English Teacher

We’re seeking someone who:

• Holds (or is predicted) a 2:1 or higher in English Literature, English Language, or a closely related subject
• Is graduating in 2025 or has recently graduated from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university
• Is passionate about English education and inspiring young learners through language and literature
• Can commit to one full academic year of in-school training in Leicester (September 2025 – July 2026)
• Has the legal right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
