What you will do:
- Perform comprehensive assessments covering physical, cognitive, and psychological aspects using standardised neuro-OT tools.
- Deliver specialist interventions, from managing tone and posture to cognitive rehabilitation, fatigue management, and pre-vocational training.
- Apply a range of therapeutic practices including graded activities, exercises, manual therapy, and neuro techniques such as the Bobath approach.
- Undertake risk assessments, evaluate clinical outcomes, and modify care pathways to ensure effective interventions.
- Plan and coordinate discharge and home programs, facilitate carer training, and liaise with social services to ensure smooth transitions.
