Locum Social Worker - Front Door Team in Bradford

We are seeking a skilled Locum Social Worker to join the Front Door Team in Bradford UK. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity earning £35 per hour. What you will do:

• Conduct initial assessments and offer immediate responses to safeguarding concerns within the framework of the Children's and Families Trust.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and assessments in line with legal requirements and best practices.
• Engage with families and children, offering guidance and support to ensure the best outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing your expertise to promote effective decision-making.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current registration with Social Work England
• Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker
