We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adults Community Mental Health Teams in Nottingham, specifically with the Rushcliffe and Gedling Local Mental Health Teams. This role offers an ongoing contract with a competitive hourly rate of £26 to £27, depending on your experience. Whether you wish to work full-time or part-time, there is flexibility around start and finish times, making it perfectly suited to your lifestyle.

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex mental health needs within the community
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication and care delivery
• Offer therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and well-being
• Act as a point of contact for service users and their families, offering guidance and support
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and interventions
