What you will do:
- Provide technical expertise on all aspects of building maintenance and surveying duties, including preparing detailed specifications and planning work.
- Contribute towards the Asset Management Plan with a focus on strategic infrastructure upkeep.
- Offer specialist guidance on domestic gas heating, electrical services and oversee project management for rewiring and electrical schemes.
- Manage gas service contracts, maintenance contracts, planned maintenance, and commercial heating projects.
- Advise on issues relating to damp, timber infestations, and structural defects while managing any specialist remedial works required.
