Social Worker - Locality Team (Part-Time) Stroud, UK - £43 Hourly

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join our Locality Team in Stroud for a 3-month locum position. We are seeking someone to work part-time (0.5 FTE) in our Children & Families Team. The role involves holding a diverse caseload of around 18 children, including those in need (CIN), on child protection plans (CP), and children in care (CIC), which will require some court work. We value flexibility and are committed to helping our team balance work and home life, offering the option for some home working and flexible hours depending on team and family needs. You'll be equipped with a laptop and smartphone to aid you in your duties, although you should be prepared to be in the office for at least 50% of your time, ensuring all children are seen face-to-face unless COVID restrictions apply.
