Supply Teaching Assistant in Birmingham, West Midlands

Flourish Education are recruiting for a Supply Teaching Assistant to join our team, to work in various Primary schools in Solihull and surrounding areas on a day-to-day supply basis. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you are expected to provide support to the teacher and help prepare the classroom ahead of lessons. Small group work or 1-1 interventions may be involved. We need someone who is proactive, uses their initiative and encourages students to reach their full potential.
We require flexible and committed Teaching Assistants to start immediately or for September.
Required Skills and Experience for this Supply Teaching Assistant role:
- UK school experience
- Minimum Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in either EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Excellent behaviour and classroom management skills
- Effectively work alongside teachers, SENDCo and other staff
Working for Flourish Education as a Supply Teaching Assistant you will receive:
- A competitive salary of up to £100 per day which equates to £19,500 based on working 5 days a week for the full school year

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will be offered day-to-day supply in various Primary schools in Solihull, Birmingham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Coventry, Warwickshire and many more. The Primary schools that we work with all have excellent transport links and most offer onsite parking.
