What you will do:

• Manage a complex caseload of paediatric dietetics patients, particularly focusing on selective eating referrals, to mitigate risk of harm.
• Lead the investigation and risk mitigation efforts as part of the FTP case, contributing to longer-term solutions and improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical and service leads to prioritize critical cases and deliver high-quality patient care.
• Educate and support families by providing tailored dietary advice and interventions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.
• Candidates must be HCPC registered to be considered for this role.
