What you will do:
- Provide physiotherapy services within an acute setting, addressing patient flow and supporting discharge processes.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver comprehensive care plans.

- Manage and prioritise your caseload efficiently, ensuring timely and effective intervention.
- Drive to community settings as required, providing home visits and outreach services to support patient recovery.
Candidates must be HCPC registered and possess a valid UK driving licence, as the role requires car travel.
