Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.

• Proven experience working with older adults in community or acute settings.

• Strong understanding of occupational therapy processes and evidence-based practice.

• Must be a car driver due to the nature of home visits and community assessments.
