What you will do:

- Implement and manage the EPMA system produced by Cerner, known as Millennium, ensuring its successful integration and operation.
- Provide expert clinical advice and support, enhancing patient care and safety through effective medication management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to oversee and improve the pharmacy service delivery.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine workflows and system processes.
- Train and support other healthcare professionals in the effective use of the EPMA system.

Requirements:

- You must be registered with the HCPC and able to drive, as this may be necessary for some duties.
