- Plan for permanency, writing CPRs, Annex A, and conducting parenting and viability assessments.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide well-informed recommendations to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to support and advocate for the needs of children within the court and permanence systems.
- Remain updated on best practices and legislative changes relevant to the social work field.
