This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for those looking to build experience in the classroom while making a real difference in students’ lives.

What’s on offer?

• Full-time, long-term role beginning in September 2025

• Earn up to £520 per week

• Based in Dudley with good public transport links

Your role will involve:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and working with small groups or individual students

• Helping pupils improve their understanding and confidence in key subjects

• Assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management

• Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

• Working alongside experienced teaching staff to gain insight into the profession

• Gaining real-world experience in a busy secondary school setting

We’re looking for:

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher in any subject

• A passion for education and working with young people

• Interest in subjects such as English, Maths, Science, MFL, or Humanities is a bonus – all disciplines welcome

• Confident communicators with a professional, proactive approach

• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic team players

• Experience with young people is helpful but not essential
