Transport Administrator
Location: Henstridge, Somerset
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary (4–5 weeks)
Working Hours: Flexible – 3 to 5 days per week, typically 9:00am – 4:00pm (other hours available to suit)
We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to support a growing transport company based in Henstridge. This short-term position is expected to last 4–5 weeks while the business completes essential administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be organised, reliable, and confident in handling a range of office duties. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time work with immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with general filing and organisation of documents

Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately

Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner

Using the Mandata transport management system (training provided if required)

Supporting the team with general admin as needed
The Ideal Candidate:

Previous administration experience
-
Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

Experience with Mandata is highly beneficial but not essential

Strong communication and organisational skills

Able to work independently and manage own workload

Available to start immediately
