The role of Bar Person:
- Overseeing the bar operations with the bar manager
- Follow standards along with health & safety regulations
- Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Mix drinks
- Take orders and payments
- Prepare and serve drinks at the bar or at the table
- Keep the bar clean and always stocked
- Provide advice on drinks to suit customers' tastes
