Bar Manager – “Multi Revenue Leisure Estate”
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000+
Location; Hertfordshire
I am on the hunt for a versatile and confident Estate bar manager with a passion for delivering exceptional drinks and guest experiences. You will bring creativity and precision to cocktail preparation, along with a strong understanding of the full beverage offerings. With a natural flair for service and attention to detail, you’ll play a key role in re shaping of the beverage offering across the estate including, new restaurant concept and all F&B outlets. A key part of the role is to engage with guests to elevate their experience and implement detail training and product knowledge across the hospitality team ensuring consistent high standards and presentation across the estate.
Role:
- Deliver outstanding bar service across the Estate with a focus at the new restaurant, executing both classic and signature drinks with flair and consistency.
- Support beverage service across all estate venues, including private dining, weddings, golf events, and corporate functions.
- Contribute to the development of drink menus and seasonal offerings across multiple venues.
- Provide mobile or pop-up bar service during outdoor and off-site events, maintaining standards of professionalism and quality.
- Work collaboratively with event managers and FOH leaders to ensure seamless beverage service from planning through execution.
- Maintain stock levels, assist with cellar and beverage logistics, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across locations.
- Uphold the highest standards of presentation, guest interaction, and hospitality across all environments.
Candidate profile
- Previous bar experience in high-end restaurant, hotel, or event settings.
- Excellent cocktail, wine, and spirits knowledge, with creative input on menus and service style.
- Flexible and adaptable—comfortable switching between fine dining, large-scale events, and bespoke off-site functions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to read and delight guests.
- Professional presentation, time management, and a proactive approach to team support.
- Full UK driving licence preferred (due to mobility across estate and potential off-site work).
