Job Title: Sales Manager – Luxury Country Hotel - Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 + bonus
Location: Oxfordshire
My client is recruiting a Sales Manager to join their Luxury Country Hotel in Oxfordshire. We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in the leisure segment and corporate market. As Sales Manager you will be driving revenue and building client relationships.
About the position
- Identify potential new business and clients by researching the market
- Create and implement a successful sales strategy
- Seek out opportunities to maximise profit
- Hit sales targets whilst acting as an ambassador for the brand
- Build relationships with luxury travel companies
- Work closely with all departments
- Analyse market trends
- Create sales reports
The successful candidate
- Will have previous at least 3 years in sales management within hotels
- A high level of customer service
- Strong sales drive and negotiating skills
- A dynamic and motivated individual
- Experience with leading TMCs
- Knowledge of luxury and leisure sectors
