As the Restaurant Service Manager, you will be responsible for both the operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant’s front-of-house, working closely with kitchen management and a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the restaurant’s service team, balancing hands-on supervision with administrative oversight.
• Champion a customer-focused service culture that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
• Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere that unites all front-of-house staff.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives aimed at increasing restaurant visibility and sales.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and genuine care, ensuring consistently high satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast consumption, and manage stock efficiently.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of service staff to maintain high performance standards.

Who You Are:

• An experienced hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic, structured environments such as large-scale F&B operations, hotel restaurants, or fine dining establishments.
• Proven track record in managing upscale dining venues or assistant management roles spanning at least three years.
• A natural leader with a proactive mindset, eager to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Committed to empowering your team and cultivating an engaged, motivated workforce.
