We present an exciting opportunity for a Locum Social Worker to join the Children in Care Team in Lancashire, earning a competitive rate of £39 per hour. This full-time role is ongoing, offering a fulfilling and dynamic working environment. Blackburn with Darwen Children's Services, recently awarded a 'Good' rating by Ofsted, require a full-time social worker who will work with dedication and enthusiasm to make a real difference. What you will do:
- Manage a varied caseload of children in care, ensuring all casework is carried out in line with statutory guidelines and standards

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard

- Contribute to team meetings and offer insights from your cases to improve overall service delivery
