Social Worker - Children With Disabilities Team in Beverley UK, earning £30.44 hourly for three months. What you will do:

• Build meaningful relationships with children, young people, and their families
• Assess the needs of children, young people, and their families thoroughly
• Develop and implement effective plans with families and partner agencies
• Provide tailored interventions and support to children, young people, and families within the community
• Collaborate closely with partner agencies and family support workers to create holistic interventions
• Work with a team of social workers, practitioners, and students, all supported by a dedicated admin team
