What you will do:

• Lead and manage the Fostering Team, ensuring effective supervision, support, and development of team members.
• Oversee the recruitment, assessment, and training of foster carers, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained.
• Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders to promote best practices in foster care.
• Analyse performance data to drive improvements and deliver outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex cases and foster placements within the team.
