What you will do:
- Lead and manage the mental health team, ensuring an effective and compassionate delivery of services.

- Utilise your knowledge of the COAST Early Intervention Service to deliver top-notch care within an Early Intervention in Psychosis model.
- Connect with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored intervention plans, paving the way for improved mental health outcomes.
Requirements:
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with a valid driving licence.
- Strong management skills, and experience in leading a professional team.
- Expertise in chairing meetings and providing supervision to ensure operational efficiency.
