What you will do:

- Assess new patients admitted to the ward for inpatient rehabilitation, including functional assessment, detailed consideration of home environment, discharge planning, and goal setting
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation
- Offer guidance and support to junior staff, including delegating tasks and supervisory responsibilities
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings, whiteboard discussions, and remote meetings focused on patient flow, maintaining oversight of the ward to facilitate these engagements
- Collaborate closely with your Band 7 line manager for support and guidance
- Ensure compliance with HCPC standards and effectively utilise your car driving skills to manage commitments across both Ely and Wisbech locations
