What you will do:

- Conduct reviews for children who are in care and ensure their arrangements are effectively reviewed and their voices heard.
- Provide oversight and scrutiny to care plans, making sure they meet the needs and best interests of children.
- Collaborate with social workers, carers, and other professionals to create comprehensive support strategies.
- Advocate for children and address issues and concerns swiftly to improve outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all parties involved in the child’s care.
- Uphold a thorough understanding and application of relevant statutory regulations and practices, including the Signs of Safety/Belonging Model.
