What you will do:

• Lead and manage the MASH Team, ensuring the timely and effective assessment of cases involving vulnerable children and families.
• Facilitate co-ordination between multiple agencies to enhance the safeguarding process and provide the best outcomes for individuals.
• Supervise and support social work staff, ensuring adherence to policies and high standards of practice.
• Evaluate the impact of services and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for ongoing cases.
