Qualified Social Worker – Adults Team – Hull, UK – £35.48 Hourly – 3 Month Locum Assignment

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker to join the Adults Team in Hull for a 3-month locum position. What You Will Do:

• Deliver expert and effective social work practice in complex situations.
• Assess and manage high levels of risk, providing expert opinions on decisions regarding complex cases.
• Take a professional leadership role, fostering the learning and development of others through leadership, supervision, mentoring, and teaching.
• Focus on promoting independence for individuals by creating solution-focused plans with the team ensuring that health resilience and wellbeing are the main goals.
• Facilitate the development of integrated and collaborative ways of working with partners, ensuring the best outcomes for service users.
• Support and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of professional practice.
• Demonstrate well-developed knowledge of crucial legislation within Adult Social Care, including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Care Act 2014, and the Human Rights Act 1998.
• Write and contribute to reports, including court proceedings.
