What you will do:

• Provide comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine levels of need and risk
• Develop effective care plans aimed at improving outcomes for children in need or at risk
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
• Support families and carers in achieving positive changes and stabilising family life
• Keep accurate, timely records and prepare reports for meetings and court proceedings
• Liaise with schools, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to coordinate support services
