What you will do:

• Conduct thorough assessments of children and families to identify their specific needs.
• Undertake Section 47 enquiries to address child protection concerns effectively.
• Develop and implement safety plans ensuring the welfare and safety of all parties involved.
• Chair Child in Need (CIN) meetings to coordinate support and interventions.
• Manage risks and take necessary actions to progress cases to Child Protection conferences.
