What you will do:

- Assess and treat inpatients within an acute healthcare setting
- Formulate care plans in conjunction with patients to establish relevant therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide education to patients and their families to maximize independence
- Participate in case discussions and reviews, ensuring the patient’s journey is efficient
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records in compliance with HCPC standards

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered and a qualified Occupational Therapist
- Prior acute experience is essential
- Full-time availability
- Valid UK driving licence, personal transport advantageous for this role
