I am delighted to be working with a leading operator in the events and hospitality sector, who provide premium bar and retail services at major UK venues. We are seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead operations at one of their London sites.

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing large-scale events from setup to breakdown
- Using data to enhance operational strategies
- Managing stock, compliance, and budgets
- Leading and developing full-time and casual staff
- Building strong client relationships
Who you are:
- Experienced in high-volume event or hospitality operations
- Stock management experience
- Compliance, due diligence and Health & Safety
- Organised, hands-on, and thrives under pressure
