Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – Cornwall – £30K + Accommodation
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our team at a coastal hotel. This role offers the opportunity to support high food standards in a fine dining à la carte restaurant, along with a busy events operation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation across all outlets.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene standards are met
- Maintain stock levels and reduce waste efficiently
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a CDP in a hotel or restaurant would be preferable.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality control, and hygiene practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A hands-on, positive attitude with a passion for delivering high standards.
