Key Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- General property repairs: fencing, ground works, door/frame/lock fixes, ceiling/floor tile repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and bathroom fitting
- Fire door maintenance and repairs
- On-site material procurement and job documentation
- Providing top-tier customer service and taking pride in every job
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience across at least 3 of the following trades: plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, joinery, plastering, carpentry, bathroom fitting, flooring
- Clean UK driving licence
- Own tools & a strong work ethic
- Flexibility for overtime or occasional out-of-hours work
- Great team player with attention to detail
- Experience using PDA/handheld tech (preferred)
- Understanding of Health & Safety best practices
