The ideal candidate for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role:

• 2:1 or higher in a core subject, or relevant field such as Education, Childhood Studies etc
• Genuine desire to support young learners in their crucial early stages of development
• Experience working with children desirable but not essential
• Ability to work within a team and adopt varied strategies to support learners

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant, you’ll work across the curriculum to support pupils’ learning, helping to plan engaging activities and providing extra support to those who need it most. You may lead small groups or offer one-to-one help, while also assisting with classroom organisation and behaviour management.
