It Network Technician Apprentice in North Shields, North East

A major automobile manufacturer has need for an IT Apprentice to help support one of their offices in the North East area of England. The chosen apprentice will help drive innovation within their department.

KEY DUTIES

• Build relationships across the user base and with IS/IT colleagues
• Assist with operational management of IT Infrastructure
• Work with the company's departments to drive adoption of M365 and help them migrate their data to One Drive and SharePoint as appropriate
• Work with 3rd parties and colleagues across IS/IT to deliver complex projects including migration of on-premise systems to AWS and Private Cloud infrastructure
• Assist with the delivery of projects specific to the company
• Liaise with 3rd party providers for V/C, telecoms and infrastructure support
• Create documentation to assist users with their adoption of IS/IT systems and processes and work with the Knowledge team to disseminate the information to end users
• Become a subject matter expert for SharePoint and One Drive
• Monitor incident and request queues and look for trends and problems.
