We are recruiting a Junior Development Chef to join a leading contract catering group in London. This role supports the development team, managing key projects and sites across the B&I sector. As a Junior Development Chef, you will drive innovation, implement the company’s food vision, and ensure top-quality food production across multiple locations in London. You’ll also play a key role in securing and retaining business. If you are a Head Chef or Sous Chef looking for a first step into Junior Development Chef, this could be a great opportunity!

What We are Looking For:

• Proven track record as a Development Chef within the Contract Catering sector or 3 yeas as a Head Chef.
• Good longevity and commitment within previous roles.
• Keen ambition for food innovation and pushing food trends.
