Are you a reliable and experienced cleaning professional ready to take the next step in your career? City Centre Cleaning Services is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our on-site cleaning teams across multiple city-centre locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and motivate a team of cleaners across designated sites

• Conduct site inspections to ensure high cleaning standards are met

• Train new staff and support ongoing team development

• Liaise with clients and management to address any issues promptly

• Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision or team leadership

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and clients

• Flexible, dependable, and proactive approach
