What you will do:
- Prescribe medication and manage patient appointments
- Request and interpret X-rays with your expert orthopaedic experience
- Collaborate closely with consultants for optimal patient outcomes
- Undertake advanced musculoskeletal and orthopaedic assessments
- Provide sound decision-making after critically analysing complex assessment data
- Manage medications in accordance with current legislation and local guidelines
- Initiate treatment and educate patients, families, and carers on health matters
- Conduct research to promote evidence-based practice and improved healthcare
- Refer patients appropriately to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain high standards of ethical and quality healthcare services
What you’ll bring with you:
- NMC Qualification and IMMER Qualification/Course
- Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary or secondary care environments
- Ability to effectively work in teams and independently
- A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
- A flexible and positive attitude towards patient care and clinical challenges
