What you will do:

- Screen accepted OT incoming referrals by contacting each person to complete an initial telephone assessment.
- Confidently order minor equipment following screenings where appropriate, such as toilet frames and commodes.
- Conduct telephone initial assessments, keeping an eye out for any potential risks.
- Although home visits are not standard, be prepared to step in if short-staffed.
- Engage in regular 4-weekly supervision ensuring a manageable and efficient workload.

Key Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in social services.
- Prior duty experience required.
- Being a car driver is essential for the role.
- Note that CVs with less than 2 years of social services experience and without prior duty experience will be immediately rejected. Rates negotiable for the right candidate.
