What you will do:

• Provide support on wards, admissions, and in the Emergency Department.
• Review and dispense medications for patients with precision.
• Complete prescriptions using the e-prescription system.
• Review patient notes on Careflow to ensure thorough understanding and accurate processing.
• Conduct regular stock checks on TMJ Insight to maintain optimal supply levels.
• Facilitate the efficient flow of patients through the Urgent and Emergency Department.

A valid HCPC registration is essential for this role, and being a car driver will be to your advantage, offering you great ease and flexibility for any travel between sites.
