We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Recovery Worker specialising in Offender Care to join our Richmond service, offering a competitive pay rate of £22 per hour. This role is available for approximately 3 months and involves working 22.5 hours per week over three days. If you have experience in criminal justice and substance misuse, this is the perfect chance to make a meaningful impact in the community, managing a caseload of 15 to 20 clients.

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients within the Offender Care framework, using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans to help clients overcome substance misuse challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to recovery.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage client safety effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with service standards and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to clients accessing additional services within the community.
