To apply for this role, you must have experience in warranty administration within an automotive dealership.As a Service Quality Specialist (SQS), you will serve as a key liaison between the Porsche Centre, customers and the manufacturer. You will be vital to the warranty claims process by ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates. You will also technically support a team of vehicle technicians and provide dynamic quality control, including final vehicle testing. You will manage the progression of the repair of customers vehicles, whilst ensuring adherence to Porsche’s service process and warranty standards.
