You’ll work closely with transport leadership team and colleagues across the organisation to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services that meet key performance indicators and service level agreements.Key Responsibilities: Carry out servicing, inspections, repairs, and planned maintenanceRespond to service requests and attend breakdowns, providing both static and mobile supportEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and organisational proceduresMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle dataCollaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to achieve service outcomesContribute to service improvements and participate in key projects and initiatives What we’re looking for: Relevant qualifications in heavy vehicle maintenance and experience in a high-volume environmentStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholdersKnowledge of statutory legislation and standards related to transport management (desirable)Full current driving licence  including L.G.V Category C licence)Familiarity with Health & Safety practices in a workshop settingA supportive team environment.
