The service is focused on delivering timely, high-quality assessments for children, young people, and families, ensuring effective safeguarding and positive outcomes. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where cases progress quickly and multi-agency collaboration is central to decision-making and intervention planning.Key Responsibilities Undertake robust statutory assessments under Children’s Social Care frameworksComplete timely initial and core assessments for children and familiesWork collaboratively with partner agencies including health, education, and policeIdentify safeguarding risks and ensure appropriate protection planning is in placeProduce clear, analytical reports and maintain accurate case recordsContribute to strategy discussions, meetings, and case conferencesManage a varied caseload with tight deadlines and changing prioritiesEnsure all interventions are child-focused and outcome-drivenSupport families to access appropriate services and early help interventions Candidate Requirements Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registrationSignificant experience within Children’s Social Care, ideally assessment or safeguarding teamsStrong knowledge of statutory frameworks and child protection processesAbility to manage fast-paced caseloads and work under pressureExcellent assessment, report writing, and analytical skillsStrong multi-agency working experienceCommitment to delivering timely and high-quality social work practice Working for Seven Resourcing:Established in 2011, Seven Resourcing is one of the UK’s largest suppliers of temporary and ad-hoc professionals.
