Essential Requirements Previous experience working within a healthcare setting.Demonstrable competency in phlebotomy, venepuncture, cannulation, and/or blood collection procedures.Valid and current competency certificate for venepuncture, cannulation, or blood drawing.Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical standards.Strong understanding of patient safety, infection prevention and control, and specimen handling procedures.Excellent communication and patient care skills.Must be 25 years of age or over.Full, clean UK driving licence.Willingness to work flexibly across a Monday–Friday service.
