The Production Team Leader will coordinate labour, prioritise workloads and monitor production targets while maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, housekeeping and 6S. You will manage team discipline in line with company policies, identify training requirements, complete shift handovers and work closely with Shift Leaders and other key stakeholders. The role also involves reporting machine breakdowns and damage, supporting tooling, machine and product trials, and investigating non-conforming components.Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Experienced CNC Operator - ESSENTIALPrevious supervisory, team-leading or trainee leadership experienceExperience working within a manufacturing or production environmentUnderstanding of quality procedures, first-off component checks and production documentationAbility to prioritise workloads and work towards daily and weekly production targets Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsGood problem-solving and decision-making abilityExperience coordinating labour, overtime, holiday and sickness coverKnowledge of housekeeping, health and safety and 6S principles Additional Information The successful candidate will be expected to go through a training programme, lasting approx. 3 weeks paid at £17.62 per hour.
