Applicant Requirements: Qualified Social Worker with a recognised Social Work qualification.Registered with Social Work England.Experience within Children's Social Care, ideally in Throughcare, Leaving Care, Looked After Children (LAC), Children in Care, or Corporate Parenting services.Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, care planning, and statutory responsibilities.Excellent assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage a varied caseload while delivering high-quality, child-centred practice.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
