What you will do: Develop and implement personalised recovery plans for individuals with complex mental health needs. Build positive therapeutic relationships with service users, supporting them throughout their recovery journey. Provide practical and emotional support to help individuals work towards achieving their recovery goals. Monitor progress regularly and adapt recovery plans and interventions as required. Undertake assessments and contribute to risk management and support planning processes. Promote independence, resilience, and wellbeing through strengths-based approaches.
