What You Will Do: Deliver dynamic and engaging speech and language therapy interventions to students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).Conduct thorough assessments of children's speech and language needs and prepare detailed reports to share with parents and school teams.Provide training to parents and school staff on various topics, supported by a Band 7 therapist when necessary.Collaborate with schools’ Inclusion Teams to ensure high outcomes for pupils with SLCN.Continuously review each pupil’s speech and language progress, reporting regularly to the Company Director.Work closely with teachers and teaching assistants on curriculum planning, target setting, and resource development.Offer advice, support, and modeling for parents, carers, and other family members. Who We Are Looking For: We are in search of someone with an appropriate degree or postgraduate qualification and a license to practice as recognized by the Health and Care Professions Council.
