Build strong, supportive relationships with children and families, ensuring tailored interventions. Liaise effectively with external agencies and community organisations to promote integrated service delivery. Requirements Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England. Experience within children’s services is essential; disability services experience is advantageous. Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload effectively.
